Frequently Asked Questions
Can my residence permit application be rejected?
In 10 years of our practice, we have not had a single rejection. This is due to thorough preliminary analysis. If we determine that you have no chance of obtaining a residence permit, we will not provide you with our services.
Rejection may occur if the client fails to provide the necessary information or documents, or if the information/documents are inaccurate.
Can I contact you if I have already been rejected for a Luxembourg residence permit?
Yes, we can conduct a detailed analysis of the rejection reason and then assess your chances of success if you reapply.
What are the processing times?
The official processing time is 3 months. During the application process, additional documents may be requested, which extends the timeline. The maximum processing time is 6 months.
What documents are required?
Regardless of the program chosen, you will need:
- a complete copy of your passport
- a criminal record certificate from your country of residence
- a power of attorney issued to our company for document submission
The remaining document package depends on the residence permit program selected.
What is the cost of your services?
The cost of our services depends on many factors, including the chosen residence permit strategy, and is calculated only after the initial consultation.
What is the payment process for your services?
The main payment is made after a positive result — obtaining the residence permit.
The remaining amount is paid in 2-3 installments, with all stages specified in the contract.
How does the application process begin?
After the initial analysis and determining the type of desired/possible residence permit, we send you a list of required documents and explain what needs to be provided according to the specifics of your country of residence.
After document verification and obtaining all necessary information, we agree on all contract terms with you, which specifies service conditions, mutual obligations, rates, and payment terms.
