Frequently Asked Questions
Can my residence permit be denied?
In 10 years of our practice, we have not had a single rejection. This is due to our thorough initial analysis. If we understand that you have no chance of obtaining a residence permit — we will not provide you with our services.
The reason for rejection may be the client's failure to provide necessary information or documents, or if the information/documents are unreliable.
Can I contact you if I have already been denied a Luxembourg residence permit?
Yes, we can conduct a detailed analysis of the rejection reason, and then assess your chances of success if you resubmit your documents.
What are the processing times?
The official processing time is 3 months. During the process, there may be requests for additional documents, in which case the timeframe increases, with a maximum of 6 months.
What documents are required?
Regardless of the program chosen, you will need:
- full copy of passport
- criminal record certificate from your country of residence
- power of attorney issued to our company for document submission
The remaining document package depends on the chosen residence permit program.
What is the cost of your services?
The cost of our services depends on many factors, including the chosen residence permit strategy, and is calculated only after the initial consultation
What is your payment process?
The main payment is made after a positive result — obtaining the residence permit.
The remaining amount is paid in 2-3 stages, all stages are specified in the contract.
How does the process begin?
After the initial analysis and determination of the desired/possible residence permit type, we send you a list of required documents and explain what needs to be provided according to your country of residence specifics.
After reviewing documents and receiving all necessary data, we agree on all contract terms with you, which specifies service conditions, mutual obligations, rates and payment terms.
