Can I be denied a residence permit?

Over the 10 years of our activity, we have not had a single refusal. The reason for this is a qualitative initial analysis. If we understand that you have no chance of obtaining a residence permit, we will not provide you with services.

The reason for the refusal may be the client's failure to provide the necessary information or documents, or if the information/documents are inaccurate.

What are the processing deadlines?

The official review period is 3 months. During the processing process, there may be requests for additional documents, in which case the period is extended, the maximum period is 6 months.
